History:
One lovely night after a day traveling and dungeon searching, a Nord came back to an Inn where he celebrated his days work with his hardy crew. He stayed long enough to meet a beautiful Bosmer and ended up seducing her, after a few drinks, into sleeping with him that night. Needless to say, he didn't stay for long.
The next morning, the woman woke up with her bed empty where she had to return home to Helgen where she traveled everyday to work as a maid in Dragonreach. To her surprise, a few weeks later she had the first sign of pregnancy.

Aeriyna worked extra hard to make gold and even pulled over time so that she could afford a small room at an Inn in Helgen. 9 months later she gave birth to her first child where she attempted to raise him properly unlike her childhood. However, since she had to travel everyday to Whiterun early and the morning and come home late at night, leaving young Arobrynn alone with the occasional friend to help him grow up. This made growing up for the young Aroybrynn difficult, he had no one to teach him about life, right and wrong, basic teachings, or how to be social. Therefore, he taught himself, he became independent and even begun stealing to provide food for him and his mother.

As he grew older her grew wilder and around the age of 7 his mother told him a story. It was a story of a beautiful women meeting the man of her dreams and together they joined a group that did unspeakable things. They did it to survive, to please the mother, and to have a family like they never did. However, this story ended with the man of her dreams being slaughtered by a friend, betraying both of them so that the beautiful woman had to murder this person. She took this revenge and swore to never return to the life style that once was.
After finishing this story, Aeriyna explained that that was her family and she missed them dearly, but couldn't do the unspeakable things that she once did. However, she trusted them enough to raise her boy to protect himself from the evils of the world.

That being said, when Arobrynn was 8 years old he was brought to the Dawnstar Sanctuary where he was to have a new family to raise him to protect himself. Then, his mother left him with a hug, never telling him where she was. If he was being honest, he had no desire to search for his biological mother or father, his new family was within the dark brotherhood.
The Brotherhood raised him and trained him to be an assassin, to live up to his mothers name as an assassin. This was his calling and this is where he was supposed to be, his true family.

Arobrynn trained for 15 years of his life and is still training to this day, specializing in double wielding swords and thief like skills. He even broke his right hand so that he could only train with his left hand it get equally as good as a sword wielder and knife thrower with that hand.
Now, most of his Dark Brotherhood family consist of older members that get them assignments and newer people that had come as he grew up. Most of the younger people have died off however, giving several open slots for new members.
